Service Description
We provide DNA analysis reports based on raw DNA data from established DNA testing companies. Our service does not include DNA testing; we analyze existing DNA test results to provide detailed genetic reports.
Payment and Refunds
• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• Payment is required before report generation
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the raw DNA file has not been submitted
• Processing of refunds typically takes 5-10 business days
• Promotional prices and special offers may have different refund terms
Data Submission and Processing
• You must submit raw DNA data from approved testing companies (including but not limited to 23andMe, MyHeritage, Family Tree DNA, Ancestry, or Living DNA)
• The raw DNA file must be in the original format provided by these companies
• We reserve the right to reject files that don't meet our requirements
• You understand that analysis accuracy depends on the quality of submitted data
• You acknowledge that different testing companies may provide different types of raw data
Report Delivery and Revisions
• Reports are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after receiving your raw DNA file
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Reports are delivered via email to the address provided during order
• Report revisions and corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis
Data Protection and Privacy
• Raw DNA files are deleted from our servers on a monthly basis
• We use secure third-party tools for data processing
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information
• You acknowledge that no internet transmission is completely secure
• We do not claim ownership of your genetic data
• We do not share your genetic data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services
Website Use
• The website is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of our website
• You agree not to use automated systems or software to extract data from our website
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
